Centre for Sustainable Futures Reading Group reads “Against Purity: Living Ethically in Compromised Times" by Alexis Shotwell with an opening lecturette by Frederik Appel, University of Copenhagen.

Frederik Appel Olsen holds a PhD in rhetoric from UCPH's Department of Communication. His research centers on the intersection of science, activism, and the climate and ecological emergency.
